This wiki provides information on the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Emergency Contingency Fund (ECF) which is authorized under the federal stimulus bill, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. This is a public information page set up with the support of the County Welfare Directors Association of California (CWDA). The purpose is to provide information and resources for counties, local community organizations and other stakeholders.
